Structural characteristics of machine tool

 

This machine tool adopts a vertical ram structure: its front and rear rams are made of engineering plastic, and the copper tool power head performs reciprocating cutting up and down. The machine structure uses integral reinforced ribs (same head & body design), and the machine tool adopts an integral welding structure—featuring high rigidity/strength, more attractive & humanized appearance. It ensures no machine body deformation during long-term operation, and maintains stiffness, strength,perpendicularity & straightness (no degradation), with more accurate repeated positioning. In case of uncontrolled over-time processing, pressure holding is enabled within 2 seconds to prevent machine stalling. Each component assembly (e.g., headstock) and the guide plate use open copper sliders to enhance strength & straightness, with high wear/pressure resistance. A super-high-hardness buffer ejection device is installed under the Z-axis, and the precision reaches 0.005 mm.

 

 

● The entire cycle process of the machine tool is: manual loading → pneumatic clamping → press the start button → complete cutting → manual unloading. This machine tool can be equipped with a robot for fully automatic cycle operation.

 

● The machine tool is equipped with a full protective cover and an integrated system-electrical device. It supports program writing in Chinese/English, with easy operation & use. It can be set with functions (automatic cycle, semi-automatic cycle, adjustment, etc.), and is configured with over-current/overload protection (with alarm) and an emergency stop button.

 

● The machine tool is fitted with a three-color indicator light: the green light is on during normal operation, the yellow light is on during normal shutdown, and the red light is on during abnormal shutdown (accompanied by an audible alarm).
